Re: WEEKEND INSHORE WEATHER
I am not a very smart man, so would that report make fishing in front of the lighthouse tomorrow (friday) between 4 and 7 pm not so enjoyable? I have promised to take a friends 12 year old Son fishing and tomorrow is the day that had hoped to go.

Re: Sad Times
I hate this for you SR. I know what you are going through. I have been through it before and will be experiencing it again in the feature. I have a 9 year old lab that her best days are behind her. Reading your story just makes me realize how special our time is while we have it. Hang in there!

Re: Alligator Point
I generally wade fish the area and tend to walk in off HWY 98 at St. Teresa. However, when I have launched small boats, I do it at Lenard's Landing which is the boat launch on HWY 98 were the claim stakes are. I personally cant help you with the other launch locations, but I think there are limited ...

Re: Alligator Point
I fished the Bay this weekend and the trout bit was good. I got my limit within an hour and all were between 16 and 18 inches. I fished at the mouth of the harbor on the edge of the channel with live shrimp. The trout seem to be located right on the edge of the grass flats as it deepens into the cha...

Re: Ecoffeeina
I fear there has been a great deal of sea grass damage. I fished Alligator Point last week and dead seagrass was everwhere. I could not throw top water as it collected on the lures, I could not bounce anything off the bottom as it would collect clumps of grass. I could not keep a shrimp under a cork...
