I just wish I was out there- great weather - except for the wind.

I knew how he felt later. Its funny how you have runs like that.

I hit a farm pond near Havana this morning with my dad. A good friend has access to this place and we only get to go when he calls- But when he calls WE GO! We caught over 50 bass between 9am and 12 noon. Dad fished a worm but I caught most of them on topwater- A Tiny Torpedo and a Bagley prop bait....

You others chime in...

One tip- use a jighead with just a 1" piece of white GULP on the shank.
Fish it on a "bass" rod- very stiff graphite so you can feel the bite.
They cant get it off and you will catch them.

Good news - my last few trips have been nothing but shorts and Butter/Sugar/white trout. Does anyone know what their "real" name is?
I hope the cold has run them up the river....

The camera works great- It is a lot faster on the 2nd shot than my old one. The wife has it now .

Another buddy gave me a 32meg memory stick so now I have some photo capacity!
