Hey guys, Sorry it so long to reply. Yes indeed, we ate the hell out of Jew Fish, no mattter the size. We would cross cut them with a hand saw, and big knives. Then cut the skin and scales from around the large steak which was cut about six inches thick. It's great, firm white meat just like grouper...

OCHLOKONEE STATE PARK

Has anyone had any luck fishing for reds near the OCHLOCKONEE river state park? What about any other kinds of fish? My son recently bought s home there and I plan to fish there real soon. I have never fished that part of the river. Thanks for any tips.
