Something like a minnkota 30lb thrust- I need it for a small jon boat.

We have a 3 month old Nissan 30hp 4 stroke.
Its smooth and quiet- We love it.

Haven't had it long enough to know about the durability.

love seeing those coots- They really taste great.
Mlder than a Duck. I love them in a gumbo- or grill the breast after you marinate it in Itallian Dressing.

My thoughts- Shoot a Coot- make space for a Duck to nest.......

We were out there on saturday- Picked up trout around the bars between the fort and lighthouse. Tried Sheephead fishing up the river but didnt loose any bait.

If you dont mind sharing - do you fish on the up current side of the wreck back to it or on the down side?

I like the design from Porter- I see how it protects the leading edge of the moter better.
But, the Hydro SHield seems like it would protect the prop better.

That sounds great- It just a little bigger boat than I need!
But I'm excited about going and really excited to try out the GPS.
That will give me a little better idea of what I really want.

Oh yea- and the DIGITS

Got our Trouts- all just at the 15 inch limit.
