Re: Lanark 4/27
Biggest gag was ~14#. We got a couple of hogs thrown in. Not as thick as I thought they would be but SDI is getting hit pretty hard. I have seen multiple boats sitting on spots I have never seen people on before. Seen a bait pod so the mack and cobia ought to be here as well.

Lanark 4/27
We got a slow start seeing how the marine forecast was 2-3 in the am laying down by 2. Their timing/forecast was slightly off. Rounding DI there was a slight breeze ~20mph with a tight 3’ chop coming out of the east and some large swells out of the south. Our dives began early with the bevy of spray...

Re: Wacissa Water Level
The upper end is navigable, but low. The bridge looks like a spillway with at least a 1' drop. Was there last weekend.

Re: Loran Question
I have spent a great deal of time converting numbers. From what i have found is that different lorans marked numbers differently but consistent on compass heading and range. St. Marks numbers will be consistent on heading and distance from actual point and Carrabelle numbers will be slightly differe...

try Rakers Quail in Sopchoppy, FL. He may sell some in small quantities if he catches them while filling a larger order.

Re: Dog Island 12-9
Thanks for the report. I ran out of St. Marks on Sat and it was not 1' or less and managed to catch a box of seabass. Could make out the dark spots in overcast so it should be good outta St. Marks too.

Iffy on a .5 unless you are in a smaller boat. If it is a N wind then probably not. On Saturday @ 3:30 a small pontoon could not get out. We ran around to Rock Landing.
