Dude, you really need a wind app. Look at Windfinder or windy.com or even noaa.. Sunday looks terrible for offshore fishing

Sunday
North winds 20 to 25 knots early, becoming 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 feet with occasional seas up to 8 feet offshore. Dominant period 4 seconds. Protected waters choppy.

Another question on grouper digging with plugs, mono or braid on main line? and wire leader or not?

You don't need wire for grouper trolling. I use 30 or 40 lb braid which seems to track better and deeper than mono.
