Spring Warrior

Post by Fishbster12 »

Heading out Saturday from Spring Warrior. Doing a one night stay, want to get of town for the weekend. Never been out the creek and hoping to get some navigation advice. I have a 16 ft Carolina Skiff with a 25 Yamaha. Thanks in advance!

Being unfamiliar with the area, I would recommend launching at Keaton and running to Spring Warrior. At Spring Warrior the ramp is steep(can dump boat off trailer on ramp if not careful) and it's rocky and shallow going out. Water gonna be low at daylight but won't effect getting out at Keaton. Good luck :-D

Be very careful it's Very Rocky and if it's a north wind there's a good chance to tear something up with low water .
