Spatchcocked Chicken and Zucchini Grilled

Butterflied a locally raised fresh 2 1/2 pound chicken, injected it with "bitter orange" marinade four hours before cooking. Cooked indirect heat method, at 400 degrees until internal breast temperature was 165 degrees and Thighs were 185 degrees. Halfway thru the one hour cook, i sliced some zucchini in half, salt and pepper,olive oil and placed on the grill turning once.

This with a fresh baby spinach/sliced strawberry salad, was a great meal.....
