12/11 Tuesday

Post by eightwt »

Made it out Tuesday from the Fort ramp. Turned into a beautiful day, but little love on the long rod. Explored a near offshore oyster bed and only got one pull that resulted in a long line release. Next went to Big Cove during the last of the high and swing. Encountered little to no activity. Saw a few rays and only one small fish of some sort. No mullet. Did practice poling against the current and breeze. Finished up in the river and got a ladyfish and missed some strikes at the mouth of a small cove as the tide was running out. Still enjoyed the day and hope others found some.
