A couple of weeks ago, I met Kieth Fernbach at the marina when I was washing my boat. He was working on a stereo and we got to talking. I’d been having problems with my stereo for months and has been waiting on a call back for over 6 weeks. He worked me in after his job and figured out the problem. He ordered the parts and fixed it the next weekend. He has a regular job, but does this on the weekends. He did a great job, but as importantly he was available. Sometimes the best ability is availability, and it’s hard to find someone willing to drive to the coast to do work.
