Apalach Bay

Post by Rbmcrae »

Thanks to some tips from some anglers on this forum we had a very successful day and half on apalach bay this weekend. All trout and reds caught in less than 4 feet of water. Half on topwater other half on softdine and gulps. Three biggest trout were 23.5 22 and 21.5. Threw back 4 other keeper reds and 6 trout after we had our limit in box.

Nice!! I'm down here now and have been doing good on the reds but the trout have been tough for us. Caught plenty of shorts and just a few keepers and the biggest was about 18". Love to know what area your trout ha e come from.

To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.
