Lanark 4/q4

Post by MudDucker »

First, the weatherman lied. Winds were well above the 8-10 predicted by NOAA.

Second, no fog as predicted. Turned out to be a lovely day.

Third, I am wore out. 3 fishing 10 keepers with one over 21". I personally caught 37 fish and only put 4 in the box. Shorts everywhere. A lot were 14 7/8", so give them a month. Lots of sea turtles and a few of what looked like either extremely large triple tails or grouper in 6' of water. Very few bait pods, unlike last week. Bite quit a high tide, back in by 3. St James Grill by 5:30 and a 16oz ribeye finished the day and me.
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

Man I’ll take throwing shorts back to not catching any day. Sounds like a good day.
