ST Marks area Scallops

Looking for advise on where to find Scallops in ST Marks. We went out Sunday and found a few (12) but really could find them like I expected we were on the grass flats on the east side of the channel. It did get kinda rough and it was high tide so the water was a little deeper then we expected. Any better suggestions? Thanks in Advance

Try 1nm west of Grey Mare rock, go at low tide and you should find 'em!

Try 1nm west of Grey Mare rock, go at low tide and you should find 'em!

If you are not familiar with that area, especially at low tide, you better watch for rocks and go slow....get's even worse east of there...
