Polk County, TN Tornado 11/30/2016

Post by Price3275 »

This is a very small part of the tornado damage we had this morning. About 2 miles from my house. At least 2 people died, and multiple families lost everything they had. Prayers requested. Thanks.

West Polk County Fire and Rescue Station #2 - We were able to dig out the Rescue truck and use it, but the Engine was far worse off.

Oh no! Love me some Polk County. And McMinn. And Monroe.

Pulling for y'all up there.

Thanks, We have our part of the cleanup done for now. I'm bringing the wife and kids to Wakulla Co. today and staying through the weekend. May try for a few redfish or trout somewhere.

Between the wild fires and now this, your state has really been hammered. Stuff can be replaced, but lives can't be. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery for all!
