submerged forest in the Gulf.

Thanks for the link, that is pretty cool. Makes you wonder what other stuff is buried under all that sand in the Gulf of Mexico.

That's the first submerged forest I have heard about but there are several underwater springs where human artifacts have been found. Rays hole/spring is one of them which is about 30 miles SE of SM. One thing I thought was interesting about the video is when they said the forest was so old it couldn't be carbon dated.
