Compare the Dec 23 photo to this one from 3 days ago when north winds were about 15mph and windchill took temps to low 40s. About a foot lower at the ramp. Perfect for winter Refuge creek hike-fishing, if you remember to bring handwarmers!

Looks like Cedar Key at low tide! The curb at the end of the ramp is almost out of the water.

That is why many ramps have “no power-loading” signs. Results in a hole with a ridge around it.

After watching someone launch a jonboat that jumped the curb at the lighthouse I would say yes,just not as bad.
