any pointers for fishing this weed hole?

I was canoeing down there this weekend, yeah its pretty scenic, but I'd have no clue how to fish it. I thought I saw a few bass. There is a real nice campsite down there, Goose Pasture. I was figuring I could fish the Wacissa, camp that night, and then hit the Aucilla.
