North Fl Crappie??

I like to do some crappie fishing and was wondering what are some lakes/ponds that hold good crappie? Would like to be somewhere around Tallahassee area.

Lake Talquin is one of the best. Follow the boats or fish the docks.

I have never been in that lake. What parts of it is the best. I just looked at it on google earth. Have they moved to the edge or still deep around structure.

We always fished Oklawaha creek. Shallows in the mornings and docks in the afternoon. Haven't done it in a few years though.

I've caught some at Piney Z Lake in Tallahassee. Bitsy minnow works well.
