Piney Z 6-2-2013

Post by CoastalPirate »

Got out to Piney Z around 7:30am. Decided to shore fish today instead of taking the Pelican down. Over cast skies, high 70's air temp. Did not get water temp. Not too many people out this morning however there was atleast one person at the tip of every finger until finger 6. That's were all the action took place! Around 9am I caught a 2.56lb bass on a Texas rigged Zoom Houdini Super Fluke and 1045am caught a 2.09lb bass on a texas rigged Zoom Watermelon Red Pearl Horny toad in the brush. Caught 2, Lost 4 and broke my rod tip in the process! What an awesome morning!
