bass fishing at Carr Lake

My dad and I headed to Carr Lake to fish for bass. We used topwater plugs and diving minnows.I caught 2 small bass and a chain pickerel. My dad caught a chain pickerel. There weren't many fish striking on the surface. It was a slow day on the lake.

the water levels are coming up..it is deep enough for most bass boats..

Have you heard if the bream are biting good over there, I tried that last time I was out there it was slow.
