Farm Pond

Post by trout fisher »

The bass are tearing it up. The eldest child has been bugging me to get her gear ready so when she gets home from school, she can get to the pond. She's caught about 20 of these since Sunday. All about the same size. I think maybe I should keep a few for a taste-test.

That's great!
Yes the bass are tearing it up! I went yesterday to Andrew's Lake and it was a yearling almost every cast! I left them biting... :D

Thanks fellas. They've all been dark in color Ken. Not sure why as the pond is pretty clear right now. I always dye the water in that particular hole to keep the grass at bay but it's been at least a year.
