What are the subdivision ordinances as far as what you can build or put on the property?

The subdivision plat does not list any restrictions, and a quick search of the public records didn't reveal any restrictions in a separate document. It does have a HOA, but I think it's mainly for the maintenance of the roads, not for enforcing restrictions. There are R.V.'s, travel trailers, mobile homes, frame-built homes, and everything in-between in this subdivision.

There is no sewer and water in that area yet. So, yes, if you want water and to be able to flush the toilet.

Alright, Andy... come on and by it. I have the deed, waiting on your signature to take possession. Won't even have to hire a lawyer to do the closing! :-D
