Wild Turkey Kabobs

Turkey Breast cut into 1" cubes
Bell peppers,onion,mushrooms cut 1"
Good Quality Bacon
Large can of pineapple chunks
wooden skewers(soak in water)
wooden tooth picks (soak in water)
Lawrys season salt
Black pepper (to taste)
Zesty Italian salad dressing

Marinate everything except bacon in a ziploc bag for a couple of hours in frig.
Wrap turkey cubes with bacon secure with toothpick
Load skewers with alternating order
Grill over medium heat until bacon is done.

This also works well with store bought chicken breast.

More proof that anything wrapped in bacon is good. :lol:
