Cobia Trip 4.21.07

Post by Barhopr »

Saw one Cobia East of Panama. He sounded before I could get the jig to him. He was under sized anyway. This lady on the front of the boat was the best thing I saw all day.

Oh we did drowned two spainish while trolling a christmas tree rig. Happend to look back to see them up on top of the water. must have been dragging them a pretty good way, their gills were blown out. And also had a J/Azz in a boat by the name of "Sea Office" nearly run us over out on the Lumber ship out of St. Joe. We stopped by there on the way back in just to see what was what. We,ve been there about 10 min. watching the bottom machine and looking to see if a Cobia was around and this Axehole comes up and sets up a drift just upcurrent of us and pushes us off the spot. Had to move or we would have swaped gelcoat. Should have flung the cobia jig at him and just plaeyed it off. " Hey buddy, thats just fishing". :smt013

Ya know what Dale said, "Rubbin's Racin" but I don't think it applies.
