Kayak Tarpon?

Post by Littoral »

Not yet, but I was faithful to the task for a hour and a half. I was floating a pinfish under a cork waiting for something to happen & reminded that fishing and patience are supposed to go together. :-?
I'll try again until it happens. :o
I gave up & turned on the Chug Bug for some nice +20" trout.

Wishful thinking is that the fish will jump enough first. I do have a drift anchor ready and I could put my regular anchor out.
Capt Ron wrote:PS I hope you've got a sit in yak, there have been a bunch of bull sharks around the tarpon this year.
Yes I do & that is very good advice. That said, I wasn't using it last time out  . Thanks, I've heard enough Boca stories.
