My brother just moved by to Tallahassee, so my wife and I took him fishing today. The bite was slow until about 3-3:30pm, but we managed to put a few keepers in the cooler and had a great time on the water with the family. Also, had a blast fighting 2 goliath groupers. My back will be hurting in the morning. Made it home in time to fix fresh grouper fingers and pasta.
SWEETTTT them be some nice fishes but you MUST be mistaken about them Goliath Groupers according to them ever so inteligent folks at the FSU marine lab, we don't have any in the Northern Gulf

Nice report! Did the water look good enough to dive in?
I was actually about to jump in for a free dive(I always carry my cressi sub), when I saw 4 cudas. The vis didn't look great(maybe 10-13 ft from the surface), so I didn't push it. I think that I'm diving the Exxon Template next weekend, I hope the vis is better there.
