I got my hands on some "trout" numbers a couple of weeks ago, which I was told came from a member who will remain anonymous. They are saved in my GPS as JT1, JT2, JT3....JT8
I still can't find any quality trout at these locations; but I keep finding plenty of sailcats at these spots.

I'm in. Don't know where to find trout in that area, but I am privy to some numbers that hold some MOGAN cats. My prediction, gonna take 10+ pounds to win those four c-notes.
In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.
Sir Reel since you seem to have some input here, are you going to buck up and fish the C'Belle tourney?
You were on a tourney roll for a while. Don't let it slide by.
Might consider becoming a "free agent" but am enjoying the layoff ....and the fact that I'm $150 better off since the Keaton Beach Tournament It's good to see the tournaments drawing the crowd's that your having. As an example of how much things have changed, Tom Keels and I (mostly Tom ) won first place in the July 05 tournament and the payout was $56 and there were probably 8 or 10 teams. Compare that to last month where the first place team who also had the big fish walked off (barely under the load ) with $370. The level of competition has certainly gone up the scale and a 20 boat turn out is beginning to be a norm. Good job by the Tournament Director, President, and all the officers and folks who have promoted the events
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".
