Spring Creek 1-12-08

Post by Talltails »

Waited for the tide to come in a bit this afternoon, and decided to take my daughter fishing. We hit the oyster bars for a couple hours and had some decent results. Aliya ended up catching several sheepshead on live shrimp. Great day to be out on the water spending some quality time. She makes a great first mate as well.

Nice trip!
My two girls are right at the age that I can start to fish with them more.
Ages 5 & 7 is a bit early for the saltwater kayak so looks like I need a boat.
Actually listening to what other people say is worth the effort.

Yeah Lit, I usually fish from my yak when alone. It is nice to get others out with me sometimes. I actually enjoy watching them catch fish more than catching myself.

Fishing with kids = as good as it gets! Always fun!
