Econfina 2-03

Post by Redfish Jim »

Me and a friend fished around the high tide in a creek. Saw a bunch of fish but none hungry. I switched to gulps out of desperation and managed to catch a few redfish. Bottom of the slot size fish but ate very good tonight. Went about 7 miles offshore to check my crab traps and got a good mess of crab claws. Like I said, ate very good tonight.

First time in a long time I couldn't get at least a rock bass bite over rocks in 20'. Not the banner day I anticipated with the weather being so nice, but it had been 4 weeks since I got to go out so I was a happy camper. :D
