Black Bass Recipe?

Does anybody have a Black Bass recipe? I haven't tried them yet but people say they are tasty. I'm guessin fried is the way to go but thats just instincts.

I like to fillet, no bones/skin....LIGHTLY coat w/seasoned corn meal, and pan fry in black cast iron pan, I use a little oil as possible. :lick:

Nothing is wrong with it fried- but it is good fish!
Cook it any way you like and it will be good.
Fillet it- Skin it
Broil in butter and lemon juice, Sea Salt and maybe a little white wine.
