fish squeezer...that some kind of MS. slang for "pulling the taffy" or punching the clown?

Alright, my question is that is there a Field guide for saltwater crabs, shrimp and various bait fish. I have several for trees, shrubs, birds etc...... they list identifiers for certain times of year and give seasonal changes in foliage, plumage etc... looking for the same thing but with a saltwater slant.
