The best way to cook Cobia is at my house! :smt006 :-D


fried, broiled, baked, grilled, It's all good!! The meat is firmer than trout, more on the order of redfish (only better imo)
"Good Judgement" comes from experience, ... and a lot of that..... results from "Bad Judgement".

salt/pepper. seared in a hot greased frying pan, finish off on hot wood coal grill. top with garlic/butter, capers and a lump crab :thumbup: I can demonstrate if necessary!!

I always just cut into fingers, breaded and fried :smt055
