Fishing this weekend

Good Morning. Has anyone been out Lanark since Fay? I am wondering if there is too much freshwater to make a go of it this weekend on the flats.

Don't fish Lanark much. But if I had to guess, that would be one of the better areas to fish, as there aren't too many creeks in the area. I would try to position my self as far away from Carrebelle and Ocklocknee as possible. Lanark falls right in the middle so you should be alright.

Reminds me of labor day weekend 2004..can't remember the name of the trop storm that came up through GA.. I know the day after labor day we got the brunt of it..

Thanks, I did notice they changd the forecast from 1-2's to 3 foot swells. May be fine on the north side of Lanark Reef. I will let you know if we make it out.
