Steinhatchee House

Would like to sell this home in Steinhatchee, FL. It is located directly behind Mason's Market and is in a very convenient location. The home has 3bedrooms and 2 full baths. It was built in 2006 and is located outside the flood area. No flood insurance is needed! It is also elevated with a full 11' clearance underneath for your boat. Priced under appraisal value at $225,000. Also have the adjoining lot if you would like it also. gwillis905@yahoo.com

Need to sell. Make a reasonable offer. I will take partial trades of classic cars, heavy equipment (bulldozier, backhoe, dump truck). Any ideas?

I have it listed with Anchor Trust Properties for $225,000, but I kept the right to sell on my own without penalty or fees if buyer does not go through Realtor. I am open to any partial trade. I will send you some pictures by email. Thanks.

I now have the house fully furnished and ready to move in. I furnished the kitchen with all appliances, dishes, cookware, microwave, etc... The house now has a queen bed, full bed, a set of twin beds, complete living room furniture, dinette table, outside patio furniture, and even a washer and dryer. It is set up and ready to use.

Now that it is furnished, I can start using it more. I will also start renting it out by the weekend.
