Wind looked nasty in the morning but sure laid down pretty by 2-3pm. I boated a dozen or so grouper and too many sea bass to count...Grouper bite seemed a little slow but bass kept the action going, fished 40-50ft of water. Think the Kings are starting to show up as I had a fish eat my egg weight and cut 80lb mono. Our boat ended day with a bucket-o-sea bass and four legal gags to 26. Hey I caught two and capt. caught two, these local guys are hard to keep up with!
