Jerrys holds redfish tournaments once a month. They are put on by jerrys and are $50 for two people teams. I have fished them before, the turnout is not as good as our tourneys. I would be fishing it but I am heading to MARDI GRAS this weekend..   :lick:  :smt007

You can fish only 1 per boat in NFGFC if you want to.
The redfish side pot pays more than the JBT red pot.
It cost only $20 per boat at NFGFC plus $10 for the redfish pot.
WHOSE FISH IS IT?

But the folks at Jerrys support NFGFC and if you want to compete in a Redfish tournament, Jerry's give you the opportunity. Give it a try.

as far as point standings go in the nfgfc.....how does a nice red mount up compared to 5 trouts. in other words, if i were to weigh in a 26'' red and no trout...what would happen to my points standings???

I spent this past weekend in New Orleans and Mardi Gras was gettin ready to hit high gear...Parades every where. Even brought back a big sack of beads for the women folks. Called Emeril's Sat and yesterday about reservations and soonest they could seat us either night was 10..huh ? Did find a fly shop that handled Sage rods and all kinda high end reels. Right in the downtown off Canal St...only thing they wuz too proud of em!..I am in the market for a 4 or 5 wt and decent reel though, spose to go on a trout (mountain) trip in May.

No points for the red. It's a trout tournament. The red is a side pot.
What was I supposed to do today?
