You know what; I'm going out today. Screw the wind!
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

No, and I won't take it lightly. Kayaking is reasonably safe in 20 knots, if you know what you're doing. SE helps in a worst case and we'll all be looking for the lee side of anything. Kayaks can put in almost anywhere near good water and without having to motor from the only available ramps we got options. It's not gonna be a whole lot of fun though.
Since I paid my money I'll be out there, Thur, Fri, Sat.
Expect my report Sunday.
Actually listening to what other people say is worth the effort.

Waiting to see how this shapes up but this here bold part changes the game:
Saturday
South winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 5 feet. Protected waters a moderate chop to choppy. Thunderstorms and showers likely. Some thunderstorms may be severe.

Nice.
It's a shame these days that most threads on this site get reduced to Jerry Springer, by the same people.
Used to be we really did talk fishing.

I'll be glad when all you guys can go fishing - maybe it will put you all in a better state of mind.

To recap:

BB said he wasn't fishing
The kayakers say bring it
Reel Cowboy says do you want that on your tombstone
Reel Cowboys says he is not calling the CS for a kayaker
Kayakers feelings are hurt cause RC is not looking out for them when they were fearless a few posts ago.
BD called someone Francis
