Anyone recommend someone who can come on my property and cut down/haul off a pretty big tree? It is threatening the house and it is rotted. It is at approximately 45' tall. I don't know what kind of tree it is except it is a PITA.
Anyone here in the business? Located on the East side of Tallahassee. I have HOA permission and I am hunting estimates. I could keep a few logs and split them if the consensus is that the tree will burn well in my outdoor firepit.

I had several Large pine trees taken down by GIBBS TREE SERVICE (7 trees, grind 3 stumps, haul all debris). They did a very professional job and were the lowest of 3 or 4 bids I received. One of the biggest trees was over the house. They came in with equipment including a bucket truck and every thing went well Phone 894-8733. In case it's of interest to you, they will accept payment on plastic.

If you want to get another estimate, my Dad has a small business. He is licsened and insured. Mike Spiers (850)251-6405. We use Jackson Cook for those big jobs.

In case you still need someone, this guy is one of the best and has been around Tallahassee for a long time. And I know he's a stand up guy. They have a bucket truck, etc.
