Specifcally I'm looking for a 6 x 1mm nipple for CVA or Traditions black powder riffles. Anybody know where I can find one; all I can find is the standard, larger size. BPS is out of stock. Looking at Cabella's but shipping is getting pricey.
Maybe one of our fabulous sponsors has one....
I know I can buy an in-line for a couple hundered bucks and not have this issue, but I've killed a lot of deer with my old percussion cap gun and am not ready to retire it.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.

You might also give Dennett at Kevin's Guns a call. If they don't have it, he could probably suggest a source locally if time is critical. 850-386-5544. They're a club sponsor.
Unfortunately, procrastination has bitten me again. It is the expedited shipping for a cheap part that I'm trying to avoid. I apparently removed the nipple last year so it didn't corrode in place, now I find myself "nippleless" and wanting to crack a deer in Ohio on Saturday morning. BPS agreed to ship an expedited package, but when the maxi-balls arrived they had a note saying the nipple would be sent when it became available.
I am hoping that maybe SGO, Kevins or another local shop may be able to save me more expedited shipping. Otherwise, I will be turning the house up-side to look for my old one.

Showboat,
PM Me your number and I will see what I got when I get off work. I got no problems with loaning you the nipple off my Smoke Pole. Thompson Center 50 cal Hawken. I do not know its numbers? Is this common.
Sorry: Not compatible with CVA according to GOOGLe. Let me know if you are in a bind and I can loan it to you nipple attached.
Joe, thanks for the gracious offer, but I'll figure something out. I left my gun in OH over Christmas, so it is already there since I'm flying. I just need to find a nipple I can get to OH timely. Kevin's doesn't have any and BPS is sold out. My old one has to be somewhere in the gun safe or thereabouts.

Is there a place near your gun in OH that has one?

JT, this is the second post I thought you would be all over due to the subject line. I am disappointed. I know you can't be busy fishing in this weather. You ok buddy? Ha!
