Water was 52-53 at Lanark today. Clear to the East. Stained to the South and West. A little breeze but not too much. Sun was out. Some Tyndall flyboys were out. If there was a fish out there I didn't see it.

Went to the lighthouse fished to the East snagged a few reds, but couldn’t get any in the boat. :smt010 Went to the oyster bars and landed one but it was only 16 inches. Other than that the sun and light breeze was nice.

Fished the mouth of the Ochlockonee and over to Chaires Creek and didn't have any luck. Saw the Tyndall Flyboys and an awesome bald eagle. Weather and conditions were great....

Went fishing Saturday out of the Fort in St Marks. Left the ramp about1 and turned right at the fork. Went up to the little park there and fished about an hour. Caught one nice red (about 24") and that was all. Bite was very slow and I think the one I did catch I hit in the nose. Went farther up river and nothing. Came back around and went in front of Sheilds and fished for a little while still nothing. Called it a day around 4:30 and went to the house. I did talk to a guy at the ramp and he had caught a 29" that he threw back and a few shorts. Was really glad for the one I did catch.

Oh and I was fishing with frozen shrimp because Jerry's had sold and all the live ones by then. They were extremely small :smt011 and had I not just had to have em I would not have bought them. Been that way the last couple of times there. Some so small you could not ever put em on a hook. Next time I need to find a new place to get them or just fish without.
