Fuel Tanks

We recently had a discussion on Double lined fuel tanks, democrats, republicans, and folks from Tennessee.

Anyhow, I drove passed a tank replacement and found a machine that they bring in when they find groundwater contamination during the replacement. Apparently, they fill the contaminated area with water and then pump it through this burner to burn of the contaminates. This station is 300 yards from the gulf. The "Clean" water is then able to go down the storm drain.
