NFGFC March 2010 Meeting

Post by k8show »

I made it to the meeting around 8:45pm on Thursday which was just in time to catch the raffle and hear Captain Joel talk about SeaTow. He helped Brian and two friends safely back to shore once last year -- what a relief that he was there to help!

Maybe Brian or another attendee can catch us up on what else went down at the meeting. I do know there were many many members and visitors in attendance.

Capt. Dave Lear came on spoke about the many different and effective baits that DOA Lures makes. He also gave us quite a few tidbits on the different ways to fish them.
Thanks Capt. Dave "slower than evolution" worked for us.

Brian Hurley came by to let everyone know about the upcoming Redtrout Shoot Out. Thanks.

Chris Presnell of our brand new sponsor "The Lasso Net" came and gave us a live demo on using their net.

Many, Many raffle prizes from DOA Lures, Mirrolure, Down South Lures, Falcon Rods, Polar Brear Coolers, Skinny Water Products, Aqua Dream Living, The Lasso Nets and several more.

It was a great time and thank Brian for his help with the pictures.
