Oyster Bay Sheepshead & other such fish

Hit the bay Friday afternoon. Gentle breeze out of the southeast and a heavy incoming tide made for a pretty good afternoon. I started out on bar looking for some sheep and found a few

Next I paddled out to a grass flat that trout have been known to hang around and caught several stout fish up to about 23" with a topwater plug and an SS minow

On my way in, I stopped by a bar where redfish usually have a roudy happy hour. Mr Super Spook found a couple including this 27 incher. Can't fish this weekend so this will have to do
