Well, I tried to catch some trout at the Aucilla River on Thursday morning, December 30th and had NO LUCK at all. To make matters worse, I found when I got home to Perry, that one of my favorite rod and reels was missing!!! I know that it was in the boat at the Aucilla Boat Ramp about 10:00am when we were pulling out, so I don't know if it fell out when loading the boat or if I left it at the boat ramp area, or if it feel out of the boat somewhere between the boat ramp and Perry.
It was an "older model" Shimano Stratic 4000 with Wooden Handle (I think maybe a 4000FG?). It had power pro line an was on a Red Colored 7' rod.
Please call me at 850-838-6261 if you have any information on this rod and reel.
Thanks and Happy New Year,
2Dawgs
