Crawfish Anyone?

I've got a buddy going over to Pierre Park, La on Friday and he's bringing back 10 sacks of mudbugs for a catering gig. He said he'll pick up more and even cook them his authentic "cajun way" if anyone else is interested. Just thought I would throw this out being that they are a seasonal delicacy :lick:
