weather Sunday offshore Ochlockonee

Does anybody think the seas will come down from 3-5 ft on Sunday, have been plaining to to off shore for a few weeks and now the weather is acting up

Ask yourself this. Would you be more upset if you went fishing and it was too windy, or if you stayed home and it turned out to be a nice day? Good luck

that is a very interesting way of going about it and thats why im going fishing this saturday because sometimes those wind predictions are completely bs. I have had days were it was supposed to be blowing at 3 knots and it ended blowing at 15 knots with 25 knot gusts. so if i were you dave id just give it ago so your not kicking yourself in but for missing a fishable day on the water.

Ditto what bigshrek and salty gator said. Many, many a day that the reports have called for calm waters that turned out VERY windy and days that the reports called for wind that proved calm... why I always take a few inshore rods with me when I'm aiming offshore. Some of my best inshore redfish days have been busted-up offshore days. :thumbup: :beer:
