ford 8 lug wheels and tires

i just replaced my stocked wheels and tires last night with aftermarket ones, i have a set of 4 18inch wheels with 275 continental tires they came off an 2008-f250 the tires are in amazing shape with about 95% tread left. i have all the center caps and lugs to go with them. taking up space in the garage and dad ain't too keen on it. i think around 800 o.b.o is a fair price for a basicly bran new set but might take a trade. but give me an offer and we'll talk.... thanks for looking
