WTB Trolling motor

Post by Hard Knox »

Just seeing if anyone has a 12v salt water trolling motor that they are willing to part with. I'd prefer a bow mount, 55# thrust or close to it. Looking to stay around the $250 range.

Rhettley
Can't figure out the PM form. Motor is either 72 or 80 lbs and is 3 or 7 years old. Works great, just got tired of how far it hangs off the deck when it is laid down.

Not exactly, but close. A 15 year-old 10Lb thrust, Sears transom mounted. Let you have it if you'll come over and cut your old man's yard.

Hard Knox I apologize for jumping into your thread. I assumed you were only looking for a 12 volt system and wouldn't be interested in a 24 volt with a 60" shaft. I talked to Guthooked today but since it is your thread, if you are interested I'll bow out as it would be the right thing to do. I should have checked with you before talking to Guthooked.

Thanks rhettley, It was one of those days yesterday and like you stated I was looking for a 12v. So you have my blessing if you want the 24v.
