Caught first blue fish this past week, only one, just off St. Marks Bird Rack, on Cajun thunder and pin fish.. Great eating on the grill.. Any info you can give me on how to catch more..?
Yah, they give a real good fight. I wouldn't let them stay refrigerated to long, best to eat them the first day or two. Wonderful filleted with skin on and grilled. I understand they don't hold up to freezing very long.
I was hoping to go again Wed or Thurs but the wind is just too much. Hopefully next week will be better
