Memorial Weekend Inshore Weather

Saturday: NE wind 5 to 8 kt. Sunny. Seas 1 ft or less.

Saturday Night: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming NE 5 to 7 kt in the evening. Partly cloudy. Seas 1 ft or less.

Sunday: NNE wind 7 to 10 kt. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2pm. Seas 1 ft or less.

Sunday Night: N wind 5 to 10 kt becoming variable and less than 5 kt after midnight. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 1 ft or less.

Memorial Day: Variable winds less than 5 kt becoming SW 5 to 7 kt in the morning. A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Seas 1 ft or less.

Perfect timing with the post. I was just about to check the weekend weather. Going to head out to St. Marks and see what we can come up with.

We caught 13# with the same wind last week. We hall do it again.

That it did. 1st cast, with a Gulp was a short. Slowed down for a good bit. Wife pulled in a short using Gulp. Daughters boyfriend switched over to a brown/white grub on a jig and started to get hits shortly after. Just before we pulled up and headed in he had a large spec or red follow it right back to the boat but never did try to make it a meal.
